The Palace Restaurant invites you to enjoy its dinner menu each evening from 7:30 PM to 9:30 PM.
For lunch, head to the Beach, now open daily from 12:30 PM to 3:00 PM. Subject to availability

Wrapped in an Art Deco style bay window with superb panoramic views out over the lake, the restaurant's décor is redolent of the 1900s, recalling the soul and history of this architectural jewel from the early 20th century.
The understated elegance of its tables, its inviting atmosphere and laid-back luxury make this restaurant, with its nod to the new, the perfect setting for discovering and savouring the chef's cuisine.

Under the direction of Frédéric DELORMES, Head Chef of Le Palace de Menthon, the cuisine of this restaurant on the shores of Lake Annecy delivers a fine dining experience inspired by local produce and a daring touch. Trained alongside Stéphane BURON, renowned Michelin-starred chef at Le Chabichou - part of the Lavorel Hotels collection - Frédéric finds inspiration in seasonal produce selected from local suppliers.
He then composes exquisite dishes, allowing himself a touch of audacity and daring, and pairing textures and tastes that will surprise and delight. Inspired by traditional French cuisine, the chef's menu subtly incorporates the flavours of the Mediterranean. With its light flavours, elegant presentation and dishes devised and prepared by a team of aficionados, all the ingredients are there for a truly experience.
Selection of exceptional wines to enhance our creative cuisine
As for the wines, Le Palace de Menthon, selects fine vintages from the leading wine-growing regions of France to accompany and enhance the creative cuisine of Chef Frédéric Delormes.
A special place is set aside for Beaujolais wines from the Château des Ravatys (a fellow member of the Lavorel Hotels collection), which is in the process of converting to organic farming and produces top-quality Brouilly, Côte de Brouilly and Beaujolais Rosé.

From 22 May, Le Beach du Palace welcomes you to an idyllic setting on the shores of Lake Annecy, inviting you to enjoy refined culinary experiences and memorable moments.
Throughout the season, join us on selected exclusive dates for our unmissable Beach Thursdays, featuring a BBQ menu, unlimited buffet, complimentary cocktail of the day, and live musical entertainment by Karmélis, all in a warm and festive lakeside atmosphere.
The Sunset Evenings will also set the rhythm of the summer, with live performances by Sax’n Voice, refreshing cocktails, and an elegant atmosphere as the sun sets over Lake Annecy.
A waterside terrace, fine sandy beach, sun loungers and breathtaking views: everything comes together for a true escape. A genuine haven of peace, it is the ideal place for a sunny lunch, sunset drinks, or a relaxing break surrounded by exceptional natural scenery.
As the only establishment in Annecy to offer both a private beach and private harbour, the Palace de Menthon provides a peaceful retreat nestled within a Mediterranean-style garden with a Riviera feel.
