On 12 June 2026, Le Palace de Menthon invites you to enjoy an exceptional gastronomic experience with an exclusive four-hands dinner bringing together Chef Stéphane Buron, Michelin-starred Chef at Le Chabichou and Meilleur Ouvrier de France 2004, and Chef Frédéric Delormes, Head Chef of Le Palace de Menthon.
In the timeless elegance of Le Palace de Menthon, overlooking the waters of Lake Annecy, the two chefs will combine their expertise and creativity to present a six-course menu designed as a truly indulgent culinary interlude.
Throughout the dinner, guests will discover subtle pairings combining vegetal freshness, floral notes and outstanding seasonal ingredients, crafted with finesse and precision. The textures will interact in perfect harmony, from crunch to melt-in-the-mouth, delicate gels, airy emulsions and gently reduced jus, revealing the full culinary sensitivity and creativity of both chefs.
