Conditions Générales
The General Terms and Conditions are governed by French law, without prejudice to any mandatory protective provisions applicable in the consumer’s country of residence.
The Client is informed by Lavorel Hotels of the possibility of using, in the event of a dispute relating to these General Terms and Conditions, a conventional mediation procedure or any other alternative dispute resolution method, under the conditions provided for in Title I of Book VI of the Consumer Code.
After having referred the matter to the customer service or the Institution to try to resolve the dispute amicably, and in the event of a negative response or no response within sixty (60) days of the referral, the Customer may refer the matter to the Tourism and Travel Ombudsman for the Lavorel Hotels Group’s subsidiary and managed hotels and for franchised hotels that have decided to use the Tourism and Travel Ombudsman.
